We are not homophobic, and pleased to tell you that Köln has the largest gay community in the entire Germany. People from Köln are far the most open minded, vibrant human beings. However, the "Kölner" are known to be a rather superficial, establishing a friendship takes time

Cologne, a 2,000-year-old city spanning the Rhine River in western Germany, is the region’s cultural hub. A landmark of High Gothic architecture set amid reconstructed old town, the twin-spired Cologne Cathedral is also known for its gilded medieval reliquary and sweeping river views. The adjacent Museum Ludwig showcases 20th-century art, including many masterpieces by Picasso, and the Romano-Germanic Museum houses Roman antiquities.

Köln is the German fourth largest city and fourth most populated city in Germany, after Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich at the state of North Rhine- Westphalia within the Rhine- Ruhr metropolitan. It known for it’s  Kölner Dom (Cologne Cathedral), and it’s oldest and largest university in Europe. Kölner Dom building is visible clear from all corners of the city, because it tall and second highest building in the city after the tower.

Köln is also known for it’s popular Kölner carnival, the Carnival takes place every year. The carnival is just as old as the city of Köln itself.

This is just  a small highlight about Köln, it’s church and carnival.
